Tennis star Corentin Moutet was slapped with an official warning after dropping his shorts down during a match. Moutet, 27, faced Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the first round of the Hamburg Open yesterday.
The Frenchman looked to be pretty pissed off as he first launched his racquet at the advertising banner at the back of the court after losing a point. Then, after a point rally between the pair ended with Davidovich Fokina, 26, whipping a forehand passing shot into the open court to score the point,
that was when the unpredictable Moutet shocked the live crowd as well as spectators watching at home when he got so frustrated that he dropped his shorts and shot a moon at his opponent. That led to sniggers (I looked it up - it's a real word) as well as a wolf-whistle from the crowd, who could not believe what they were watching.
PS: he lost the match...

ReplyDeleteSame here. But this chart should be redone as a percentage of actual viewers. 21 million viewers in the 1970s is totally different than 21 million in the 2000s with the increase in population.

ReplyDeleteWhatever you think the country we have today is the way it is because those of us that are past our midlife have made things this way. It is not the 30, 20 or 15 year old fault. It is our fault.
Ever since 9-11 we've been waiting for another big terrorist attack. I doubt it will happen this July 4th because security will we on high alert. It will come unexpectedly and differently. A suitcase nuke, a stadium, the grid...only the terrorist know.
