Is Greeenland building it's own 'Maginot Line'?

It appears the French, who are so good at defending their own country, have decided to pitch in and share their expertise with the Danes. Although Greenland is not actually a member of the European Union, EU leaders have rallied around the Kingdom of Denmark, which still exerts colonial control over the North American territory. Over the past week, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden have all said that they will be sending troops to Greenland.
Two things here. First and foremost, as the article stipulates, Greenland is part of North American, not Europe. Secondly, if anything militarily-speaking ever did happen there, it would be the end of our participation in NATO. If we pull out of NATO and let them fend for themselves - which they should anyway - we could bring 80,000 of our troops home and save damn near a half trillion dollars a year.
Is that why DJT is doing what he's doing? Remember, this guy is one helluva chess player. Wait and see...

  4. "We'll defend Greenland, as far away from Ukraine as we can get."
And we all thought Greenland was too cold to raise chickens.

  5. Too bad France can't seem to defend their own cities from the insurgency of muslim immigrants. I saw a recent meme in which someone asked "Who won the first Tour De France?" Answer was "the 7th Panzer Division..."

  6. We are not sending troops to forcibly take Greenland. Our president is, however, doing some pre negotiating. I think the outcome will be a hundred year lease with Greenland maintaining it’s self-governing, home-rule status.

  7. Why the fuck are we talking about invading Greenland? Can anyone give an intelligent answer?
I voted for Trump to stop wars. I don't want American soldiers dying thousands of miles away from home. In the last year we bombed Iran, Yemen, Nigeria, Venezuela and I'm sure I'm forgetting something else.

Let me take Trump seriously. He is the President and he has shown multiple times that he is willing to use the military time and time again.

If we believe that Russia is such an existential threat that we should invade Greenland just to secure our defense then we should be supporting Ukraine with every bullet we have. What better way to stop an enemy so dangerous that we are willing to invade another country to protect our selves that bog them down in a war half the world away? Even better make sure they lose that war. Losing armies are always decimated and in no position to invade other countries.

We have an agreement with Denmark that allows us to place as many bases and troops on the territory as we want. What better way to protect the homeland than have troops stationed in forward positions? Should Russia ever want to invade through Greenland then we could fight them on someone else's territory and not in our homeland. Not only would we be fighting them on somebody else's land but we would also Europe would be fighting on our side.
Invade Greenland and now we would fight on our land and without any support.

If you really believe that the US HAS to own the land in order to be able to protect us from Russia then why don't we also have to own Canada, Iceland, Mexico, Cuba and any other territory that sits between us and any potential foe?

The whole Greenland conversation makes NO sense!

  9. Do you really think the US is going to close its foreign bases and limit its sphere of power? That's also not good for the military industrial complex and the connected benefitting from it.

  10. No, Trump is doing it for the NWO, transhumanist, Satanic crowd. It will become the ultimate quantum computer/server farm and "Chosen" safe zone. Everyone will have be digitally "enhanced" to even get on the island. There's rare earth resources there, that are going to waste, it needs USA INC. rape-ology to supply the Brave New World Order's tech.
    I'm sure it'll be fine.

  11. The French elites at the top are just looking at Greenland as a possible hide-hole for when their muslim invaders complete the takeover of France.
