Why do they do what they do?

Would you do something knowing full well your effort would be wasted? It makes no sense to me at all...

House Democrats passed the
$3Trillion coronavirus relief bill knowing full well it will not pass in the Senate.

House Democrats passed a $3 trillion coronavirus relief bill on Friday night despite Senate Republicans and President Trump declaring the so-called Heroes Act dead on arrival. Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California complained that the 1,800-page bill was “the largest bill in the history of Congress” — and that it was presented this week without a committee hearing. Democrats defended the bill, arguing that Republican foot-dragging forced them to move ahead with a unilateral proposal.

Before passing the bill, Democrats defeated a GOP push to ban illegal immigrants from getting stimulus checks.

Why the fuck would any politician wanna give YOUR money away to someone who shouldn't even be here?

At Brooklyn’s Domino Park, white circles were painted on an artificial-turf field near the southern end of the former sugar factory along the East River.

As temperatures reached the low 80s, every circle was full of sun worshippers soaking in the rays and the waterfront view of the Manhattan skyline. Some parkgoers had the six-foot-diameter spaces all to themselves, while others were crammed full with as many as four people each.

Jorge Santana died yesterday.

The youngest brother of iconic guitarist Carlos Santana, Jorge, died Thursday at age 68. Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Jorge was the youngest of three Santana brothers and picked up guitar after Carlos did.
While Carlos’ ascendancy to guitar hero began in the hippiefied San Francisco of their teen years and rapidly ramped up with his appearance at Woodstock in 1969, Jorge’s group Malo had to wait until 1972 for their top 20 hit “Suavecito.”

We have not yet started to see the friggin' tidal wave of corporate and personal bankruptcies that are coming from this stupid fuckin' shutdown.

They have no idea the size of the beast they have unleashed on us. It could take a generation to get back what will be lost here.

The bankruptcy filing caps a long decline for the 118-year-old department store chain, which once operated more than 1,600 locations that became fixtures in US malls.

I know and you know that the press
lies to us each and every day.

It's gotten to the point where you just can't believe anything anyone says these days without having to vet it for yourself. Case in point?

How about this for example:

I have very intimate knowledge of the beach in Belmar, NJ, having gone to it virtually every summer of my life for 50+ years.

There is no muthafuckin' way this picture - credited as being there - was taken on Belmar's beach.

It's more likely to be southern California if it's anywhere. I'm tellin' ya - they just don't give a fuck about telling us the truth about even the simplest of things.

Seriously, how friggin' disgusting

Friggin' hurricane season hasn't even started yet. They're predicting 8 NAMED STORMS to hit Florida this year. We're not gonna look back at 2020 kindly, I'm fairly certain.

Here's the thing. Bloomberg pissed away a Billion dollars on his campaign last year. Now he's gonna pump another 250 mill into Biden's campaign and for what? His agenda or some fucktwat bullshit like that?

Just imagine how many people he could have helped or how many lives he could have saved with that much money. What a fuckin' ego-maniacal pipsqueak jerkoff.

The Archdiocese of Newark (NJ) is getting ready to open churches for private prayer on Sunday in 1st phase of gradual reopening plan

I guess this is why I'm a failed Catholic. So people are gonna go to the churches and pray to the God that allowed this virus to be created imploring him/her to protect them from this same virus? THAT is what I don't get about the whole praying thing.

I always hated this friggin' band and their goofy outfits and fucked up music. Juss' sayin'.

  1. re" Why do they do it? They passed the bill so that they have one more thing to bludgeon Republicans and more importantly President Trump with. No other reason than that, 'cause they know that when it gets to the Senate it'll be killed outright or modified so heavily as to be unrecognizable from the bill they submitted and they can still say that the Republicans aren't looking out for the average citizen.
