Crazy-ass video shows two unusual usual suspects beating up an off-duty police officer at a Missouri gas station before one of them tries to grab the cop’s gun. Cell phone footage taken by somebody who didn't give a fuck about helping the cop shows the unusual suspects laying into the officer, with one of them climbing up shelving to jump on his head before the other starts punching him repeatedly in the face.
The man filming the video - as I said - doesn’t intervene to help the cop, an off-duty Hillsdale Police Department officer who was working a second security job during Sunday morning’s incident at the QuikTrip gas station in St. Louis County.
When more police arrived and tried to detain Griffin, she allegedly grabbed the officer’s hair, kicking and flailing at him while trying to run away and trying to prevent them from handcuffing her, according to charging documents. The injured officer was hospitalized for treatment as a result of the attack. Lewis and Griffin were both charged with second-degree assault of a special victim, as well as resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony.
