The Secretary of the Army will set the time and place of the execution. Judgement day for Hasan has finally come. Hasan was sentenced to death by a military jury in 2013 for carrying out the mass shooting at the Fort Hood base.
This announcement coming on the heals of that failed execution of Christa Pike in Tennessee. President Donald Trump has pledged to expand capital punishment in the U.S. despite unease among human rights campaigners and death penalty advocates alike following the botched attempted execution.

This is a Russian drone hitting the Pivnichnyi Bridge (Northern Bridge) in Kyiv, Ukraine, crossing the Dnipro River. Check out the white SUV right at the explosion site. He drives out of it like nothing happened. The bridge itself was apparently not damaged severely and there no reported casualties in the attack.

It's always stuck me as odd how blinded people are by their political allegiances. Take a look at the five largest Blue States - New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California and Massatwoshits. Every one of them solidily Blue. Every one of them billions of dollars in debt. Not a one of them has passed a balanced budget in years and years.

Apple News allegedly failed to promote a single story about the Democratic National Committee’s financial woes among its top 20 stories over nearly nine months, according to a new analysis by the Media Research Center.
The watchdog group found that none of the 78 stories it identified about the DNC’s mounting debt were promoted by Apple News from Jan. 1 through Sept. 28 - just weeks before the 2026 midterm elections. “Apple isn’t curating the news,” David Bozell, president of the MRC, said. “It’s running a high-tech protection racket for the political left.”

That allowed them to move on to much more pressing issues like this one. This is/was a homeless encampment located near East 12th Street and 23rd Avenue in Oakland, California, during a city clearance operation.
City workers and public works departments cleared out tents and temporary shelters, and the 'displaced residents' were offered relocation to local temporary housing such as community cabins or Tuff Sheds, while some moved to nearby freeway medians.
The sad things is, this picture was taken seven years ago. The number of homeless in Oakland has almost doubled since then, with no help or solution in sight. The seven year period coincides almost exactly to Gavin Newscums tenure as Governor of the State.
