Emhoff has privately told people that he would prefer for his wife to
stay out of the 2028 presidential race, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday. However, people close to the former second gentleman expect him to be supportive if she ultimately decides to run, according to the outlet.
Harris’ doubters extend beyond those living under the same roof as her. Some donors – uneasy about what Harris is planning on doing – have told her directly that a 2028 White House run would be “a long shot.”
The problem the Dims have is that the pool of other candidates is very shallow. The one surprise who could have even a reasonable chance at winnning is Shapiro from Pennsyltucky, and even he's shit the bed more than a few times this year. It might actually end up being a fun race to watch. Scary, but fun. Wait and see...

ReplyDeleteover 40 TRILLION in debit ? there is no way in hell that we get out of that mess. it is way past time that the taxpayers in this country realize they have been robbed for the last 60 or more years. they ALWAYS talk about SSI going "broke" but not welfare or EBT cards. and they can not stop with the AID programs that cost us billions if not trillions.
well, SSI/D USED to be a stand alone fund until it got fat ( like2.5 trillion bucks ) or so. THEN, congress wanted to get their hands on all of that cash ! so, they passed a law/whatever and "rolled it" into the general fund. yup. good old LBJ signed off on it too. wonder how much he got out of it ? anyway. doesn't matter when you think about it. at least I don't because there is not a damn thing I can do about any of it. and from what I see around the country is when the crash does come,
