After rumors circulated that she had split with her boyfriend, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez posted a video explaining how she had actually frozen him just in case she might still want him in the future. "I'm doing this to keep my options open," said AOC, happily surveying the block of ice containing ex-boyfriend Riley Roberts. "As a working woman and someone who has given her life to serving the public, I have very little time right now for personal life stuff. In a few years when things calm down, I might want to get back together with him, who knows? This will keep him safe in the meantime."
Roberts will reportedly be held in a freezer for at least the next decade, pending any further decision from AOC on his relational viability.

... I got up at about 4:00am this morning to do 'something' and figured as long as I'm up I should go outside and check out the sky. My timing was perfect for the height of the meteor shower. Threw on a bathrobe, grabbed a coke outta the fridge and my smokes from the counter and went outside in the back of the house where the golf course is, figuring the light pollution would be the least there.
Lit a smoke and looked up in to... absolutely nothing. I couldn't see a fucking thing - not even a star or Venus or nothing. No moon, nada. Jet black friggin' sky - complete cloud cover. Fuck it. Stomped out my smoke, went in and went back to bed. I hate when that shit happens...
