My Father, a New Englander by birth, naturally had a saying for just about anything. He said things like 'It is what it is' almost daily. He'd probably also say that about this absolutely ridiculously priced house, and he'd add something like 'There's a cost for everything and everything has a cost".
My impression? Not worth half that, and I have expensive tastes. For that much money I'd want a house roughly the same size with a private lake on 20 acres with a barn, six-car garage and a heliport. And ya can't see the neighbors. And ya can't see in every friggin' room in the house, ferfucksake.
