The hell with the story - the headline's where all the money is...

Did you ever think you'd ever hear the words 'Unhinged California raisin heir' start a sentence? C'mon -  ya gotta admit that's pretty fuckin' awesome, isn't it?
It's pretty friggin' stupid, this whole mishigas.

Mishigas (also spelled mishegas or mishegoss) is a Yiddish word meaning craziness, foolishness, or senseless behavior. Derived from the Hebrew root for "madness," it is commonly used to describe chaotic situations, eccentric obsessions, or general nonsense.
Common Yiddish Variations:
Meshugah (or mishigeh): An adjective meaning crazy or mad.
Meshugener: A noun used for a crazy person (traditionally male).
Meshugeneh: A noun used for a crazy person (traditionally female).
How It's Used in Context:
As discussed in community forums on Quora, the word is incredibly versatile. It can be applied in several ways:
A chaotic situation: "I can't believe the mishigas at the office today."
Someone's obsession: "Don't start with his new health food mishigas."
Nonsense: "Enough with this mishigas, let's get down to business."
The actual story is here.
