TSA has revealed three-point security rule to speed through airport security. The Transportation Security Administration has shared a simple guide designed to help passengers get through checkpoints faster this summer.
In a social media post, the TSA reminded travellers to focus on three key things before reaching security. “You made it to the airport, now help yourself (and everyone behind you) get through the checkpoint faster,” the agency said.
First, passengers are asked to empty their pockets in advance not to hold the line behind. Secondly, travelers should have their IDs ready to present for checks. Last but not least, you should prepare your carry-on bags and listen to the officers’ instructions carefully. Laptops and iPads generally have to come out of the bag - unless you have TSA PreCheck.
