Demorat Rep. Eric Swalwell - a frontrunner in the California governor’s race - has been accused of violating immigration and employment law to keep his illegal live-in Brazilian nanny in the country, according to a pair of recently filed complaints.
When his South American babysitter’s temporary work authorization was about to expire in 2022, he and wife Brittany Swalwell lied to the feds to keep Amanda Barbosa working for them, a new complaint filed Tuesday with the Department of Labor claimed.
Another complaint, filed to the Department of Homeland security in February and previously unreported, accuses Swalwell of paying the nanny under the table with campaign funds for a period of two years when she didn’t hold valid work authorization.
Thing is, nine times out of ten the accusations are true, and yet they still stay in office. Thing is, ya just look at this guy and ya know something's slightly off center. Interesting thing? Pelosi and Shumer both said he should drop out of the Governor's race, but didn't say shit about him keeping his job in the House. Guess they need the vote...

It's interesting to see all of these children and relatives of Iranian officials being rounded up out in Commiefornia. Every one of them seems to have been living very decadent. wetsern lifestules while their fathers and uncles are still over there screamind 'death to America'. I'm thinking the kids weren't planning on going back to riding camels as long as the money kept coming in.

Vice President JD Vance is heading home empty handed. Marathon negotiations with Iran failed to produce a breakthrough that would definitively end the war, which is entering its seventh week.
Vance, who spoke early Sunday morning local time, said the Iranians refused to
give assurances that they would not try to obtain or develop a nuclear weapon.

I'm somewhere between thinking it was like forever ago and just last week with all that crazy COVID bullshit. Myself, I am so friggin' grateful that I was here in Florida when the maniacal behaviour of our 'elected officials' had us looking for caves to hide in. Thankfully, a very bright, intelligent free-thinker by the name of Ron DeSantis had just been elected Governor of the State, and he didn't fall behind all the other less-enlightened Governors and shut down our State and our economy.

All they spend on tobacco is $ 323.00 a year? That's like one fuckin' cigarette a day at twelve bucks a pack, and they/we only spend $ 457.00 a year on booze? If you extrapolate that out over 52 weeks, they're telling us we spend just five bucks a week on cocktails. What fuckin' planet do they live on where their cunsumption of inbibing matters only costs them 75 cents a day? I'll fuckin' move there yesterday.
Ya see, the problem behind this kinda reportorial nonsense is simple. It came from the Government Department of fucked-up data.

Former Secretary of State John Kerry - another whack-job has-been searching for relevance in a world that's long-since passed him by criticized President Trump on Friday for his recent threatening statements about Iran, calling them the "prelude to becoming one of the greatest war criminals in history."
Kerry expressed his shock during an appearance on - where else? - MS NOW's "The Briefing," referencing an expletive-laden Truth Social post and Trump's assertion that Iran’s "whole civilization will die." He emphasized that such rhetoric contradicts the international norms and values the U.S. has historically advocated. Kerry recalled his protests against the Vietnam War (50 tears ago?) and stressed the importance of honesty in discussions involving life and death. ·
The former secretary of state dismissed the Trump administration's claims of an imminent nuclear threat from Iran, asserting that there was "no such danger and that prior military operations had significantly dismantled Iran's nuclear capabilities".

ReplyDeleteJohn Kerry is one reason the world is as fucked up as it is. Ass kisser to terrorists. Climate change fanatic.
"enlightened governors" were more like hypocritical rabid tyrants. And still nobody in jail.
how much you want to bet that old Eric was banging the nanny too ? seems like it be just what he would do to keep her in line. and he paid her off with "funds" from his campaign ? .
ReplyDeleteJohn Kerry always was a POS. back in the 1980's him and 'johnny boy" shut DOWN THE POW/MIA INVESTAGATIONS
IN CONGRESS. slapped top secret on the whole mess and left them to die over there.
the Viets did the same thing to the French. held on to the POWs UNTIL they got the money. the USA was to give a few Billion to the "north" after the war to rebuild. congress NEVER gave them a dime. so. the POWs were left to die.
BTW, there was photo recon photos of signals on the ground all over the north that were classified TS. that were put there by POWs up to the early 1980's. so, tell me again how no one is left behind ?
BTW, Arthur Anderson was killed off by the "just-us" dept. they never did anything wrong. but that didn't stop them from
ReplyDeletekilling the firm.
Clearly Arthur Anderson failed to donate to the correct political campaign.
DeleteEveryone likes to laugh at Blockbuster for not having bought Netflix when it had the chance.... But the offer to buy Netflix was 6 or 7 years before Netflix started streaming. Netflix wasn't worth $50M when they tried to sell.
ReplyDeleteSomewhat similar issue with Kodak. They were never a higher-end camera maker since about the 1940s. The Brownie's and such were popular but they never competed with Leica, Minolta, Canon, Nikon, etc. They were more into the film, development, projectors and accessories type of items. They eventually did sell some digital cameras but they were cheap, re-branded garbage that nobody wanted. Cell phones killed off most of what little remained of the stand alone camera business.
DeleteHate to say it but deploying Yoko Ono is a War Crime, no one and I mean no one deserves that!
ReplyDeleteThey left out the 2011 bankruptcy of Solyndra, Inc. With the willing help of the Obama administration Solyndra scammed taxpayers out of $535 million dollars before they closed down. How much of that $535 million ended up in democrat campaign PACs and democrat offshore bank accounts we will never know.
