Step 1: Wait for one good afternoon storm to flood the entire street so you can “see where the problem is”
Step 2: Put out one cone and a guy in a vest to stare at the water like it might explain itself
Step 3: Let traffic figure it out while half the road turns into a temporary river
Step 4: Drain it, patch one spot, and leave the rest for “next phase”
Step 5: Two days later, dig it back up because somebody remembered there’s a pipe under there
Step 6: Patch it again, slightly worse this time, and call it progress
Step 7: Repeat every time it rains (so - tomorrow)
Bonus Step: If a gator shows up in the puddle, that’s no longer a road iss - that’s now his property
