In the United States in 2022, 55 percent of Republicans reported that they owned at least one gun, and 66 percent said that they lived in a household with a gun. In comparison, only 29 percent of Democrats owned at least one gun, and 35 percent lived a gun household.

ReplyDeleteI'll bet a good percentage of the remaining 45 percent answered "None of you effing business."
I find the statistics hard to believe. Perhaps if the Democrats would have been asked about legally procured and registered guns the numbers would have been more realistic. It appears that the average "urban youth" has access to one or more handguns on a daily basis. Further. the "urban youth" population does not reflect a significant Republican/Conservative base.
