The websites they promote are called 'click-bait' websites that feature bullshit and nonsense that's semi/sorta/not really supposed to be titilating but ends up being just plain nonsense. They're created for one reason only - to run as many ads as they possibly can, 'cause they get paid a smidgen of a fraction of a cent every time the ad pops. Absolute mindless drivel. Avoid 'em all.
