I went deaf years ago but was able to get a cochlear implant to restore my hearing. When the doctors asked me what song I wanted to hear first I told them "Take 5" by The Dave Brubeck Quartet. The whole CD is great but Take 5 is my favorite.

Great record album. I've owned it for 50 years.
ReplyDeletePaul Desmond was notorious for showing up with gorgeous chicks that looked like models. Somebody once asked him what ever happened to one of them, and he replied they always ended up with some cat that owned a factory, or the equivalent.
