to think like most other people do - or should?
Corporations have only one obligation. Make a profit and pass that profit
on to the shareholders and owners. Nothing else. If you raise the taxes on what they supply or produce, they will, in kind, raises their prices to maintain their margin of profit. That's basic economics.
Are there really people out there who think the companies will somehow just eat those increased costs and diminish their profitability? Must be the same people who believe someone will start to do her job next year, after not having done it for the previous four. Gotcha...
