Democrat Governor Hochul, speaking at an event Wednesday, was asked whether the migrants and offenders like them should face deportation.
Four illegal immigrants, all of whom were living in Mew York City for free, were all charged with Assault on a Police Officer, Gang Assault and Disorderly Conduct but were released without bail. A fifth, Jhoan Boada, 22, was arrested Monday night and charged with Attempted Assault on a Police Officer and Gang Assault.
Hochul continued her U-turn on the crisis at the border as she said that 'the state should consider deporting them'.

The state is not legally allowed to deport them. Obama sued Arizona and Biden sued Texas to highlight that only the feds have a say on immigration.
