There are three levels of scumbags at play in a situation like this. First there's her, of course. Her tits are sagging and her 'career' ain't happening, so she'll sell her 'stories' to the highest bidder.
Second is the jerkoff who'll pay her to do the tell-all. Another soul-less dooshbag.
Third, and maybe the worst of the lot, are the people that would exhibit any level of interest in this kinda bullshit. Between 'em all, if any of them were on fire in front of me I'd piss in the other direction.
