She's suing Cosby 54 years after the fact...

A former Playboy model who alleges Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her and another woman at his home in 1969 sued him Thursday under a new California law that suspends the statute of limitations on sex abuse claims.
In her lawsuit, Victoria Valentino, 80, says she was an actress and singer 54 years ago, when she met Cosby, now 85. The comedian and actor later approached her at a Los Angeles café, where he spotted her crying over the recent drowning death of her 6-year-old son.

Read this bullshit here and pray for her.
She must need the money something awful:

  1. Gonna be a tad difficult to prove, but... California...

  2. Way to deal with this is to never accept allegations without physical evidence and contemporaneous reporting if you're on the jury. That's exactly why statute of limitation laws were passed- after some time (and more than a year or so is probably the right number) it's all he said she said. The second thing to do is make "accuser loses, accuser pays" the law in every case- criminal, civil, whatever- with the losing lawyer on the hook for half. Right now, these cases are just a lottery moon shot- can't hurt to try, might get something. Put a little skin in the game and see how fast they go away.

  3. There was a porn star with the same name. Are they the same person? If so, most likely hundreds of guys have nailed her. What difference does one more make. Oh yeah, money.
