We all know and accept that those chuckleheads up in the Keystone(d) State could fuck up a one car funeral (thanks to Mustard for that one) and they probably'll take a week or more to finalize their count and it'll probably still be fukt somehow, but these people are so fucked up, they can actually screw this thing up before the fact.
