And anytime a woman responds to something you say starting the word 'well,", you know you're about to be contradicted. 'Yeah, but...' sorta works the same way. I hear both of those phrases on a daily business...
'Are you even listening?' is when you're givig her the dead-eye stare and blocking out every word, trying to remember what your foursome's starting time is tomorrow morning.
'You're just like my/your father' is almost the kiss of death.
Juss' sayin', and yeah, that made it on to her list, too...
