Why don't they want to fix elections?

Speaking of Nobels, you don't get a Nobel Peace Prize for starting a war, Donald  but, again, that's a story for another day, isn't it.
Anyway, Trump's persistent claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election faced renewed attention this month. Courts and state officials had repeatedly dismissed the allegations for lack of evidence, yet the narrative continued to circulate among supporters. The timing coincided with preparations for the 2026 midterm elections, keeping questions of election integrity in the spotlight. Observers noted that the claims had evolved into a durable political motif despite the absence of supporting documentation.
The broader context involves deep partisan divisions over voting procedures and trust in electoral systems. Republicans have emphasized safeguards against fraud, while Democrats have focused on expanding access and countering what they call baseless attacks on democracy.
By linking the claims to a Nobel Prize in Literature, the cartoon says there's a gap between assertion and proof - between guilt and 'innocence'. It suggests the story's endurance owes more to its dramatic appeal than to documented events. In other words, it's a bullshit cartoon - ya follow?
