I'm really enjoying your posts concerning the Freak Bros and Freddy's Cat series. Back in '79, I was in my first year in the service stationed at NAS Alameda. Being too young to goto bars, I would take the bus to Berkeley to hang out around the University, eat pizza and visit used record (Rasputins!) and underground comic stores. Great memories! Check out the other Ripoff Comix like Ted Richards' "Dopin Dan in Today's Army". Even though I am patriotic I thought the subversive material was funny as hell.
