My son at 10yo came running into the house saying, "I didn't do it, I didn't do it". The other kids were throwing rocks at the turbine vents on the restrooms at the park. The neighbor confirmed, when the rock started flying, he took off running.

I'm for attacking them with paintballs, which will both sting, and also wreck their clothing and shoes (which I'm told Urban Yoots just HATE). Someone should design a drone that performs such a task; it could also be used against those Yoots who vandalize, riot, and harass people on the street.
