This is the scenic Ballymastocker Bay in County Donegal, Ireland.
The area features a long sandy beach stretching between Portsalon and Magherawarden. It is highly regarded, with some sources naming it the second most beautiful beach in the world - the first possibly Trunk Bay on St. John in te US Virgin Islands. Surfing can be decent at times here, but even in the height of summer wet suits are the order of the day, because water temps rarely get above 60f.
