At the bar last night we were talking about what constitutes artwork from one person to another. Specifically, we were talking about bad tattoos, but that's a story for another day.
I was thinking that almost anything can be thought of as a piece of artwork if you look at it with the right perspective.
In this case - maybe trying to make my own point - I took a simple, nondescript street scene (might be Japan), colorized it, split both it and the B&W and rejoined them fairly seemlessly. Maybe it's art or maybe it isn't, but it is interesting, isn't it?
How much time did that take?

The way you put the two versions of the photos together is art. I like it.
ReplyDeleteArt to me is a well crafted pistol or rifle. Some look too good to shoot.
