Reflecting again...

At  the bar last night we were talking about what constitutes artwork from one person to another. Specifically, we were talking about bad tattoos, but that's a story for another day.
I was thinking that almost anything can be thought of as a piece of artwork if you look at it with the right perspective. 
In this case - maybe trying to make my own point -  I took a simple, nondescript street scene (might be Japan), colorized it, split both it and the B&W and rejoined them fairly seemlessly. Maybe it's art or maybe it isn't, but it is interesting, isn't it?
