That woman on the left is Lynda McLaughlin. Now you can put a face to the voice. She's the 'sidekick' he goes to often on air, and she's best known as the executive producer of The Sean Hannity Show, a role she has held for over two decades.

 McLaughlin has worked alongside Hannity on his Premiere Networks/iHeart radio show since 2001, producing thousands of episodes. She frequently steps in on-air to read listener feedback, clarify show segments, and field call-in complaints. She hosts her own recurring segment and podcast titled The Rogue Recap with Lynda, which airs under the umbrella of The Sean Hannity Show. The show focuses on conservative politics, cultural commentary, and government accountability.

 During her tenure, McLaughlin has frequently engaged with political figures. Notably, communications released by congressional investigators revealed that McLaughlin coordinated with Trump-era White House staff, such as Mark Meadows, in an effort to rally political support.
