Wild video captured the moment a seaplane carrying eight people hit the choppy waters of New York City’s East River in a hard landing that left the aircraft partially submerged. Footage from inside the plane shared with The Post captured the moment the Kodiak 100 hit the East River as it approached the Skyport terminal along 23rd Street and FDR Drive.
