She said 'how'. Maybe she shoulda said 'where'...

Back in Februay, according to a source, Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly vetoed a Republican-backed bill Friday that would require individuals to use public restrooms and other private spaces in government buildings based on their sex assigned at birth. The legislation, SB 244, would also revoke driver’s licenses and state IDs that reflect transgender Kansans’ gender identities.
In her veto message, Kelly called the measure “poorly drafted legislation” with “numerous and significant consequences.” She said, “I believe the Legislature should stay out of the business of telling Kansans how to go to the bathroom and instead stay focused on how to make life more affordable for Kansans.”
Republican House Speaker Dan Hawkins responded, saying, “Kansans expect their laws to reflect reality and protect privacy.” He added, “SB 244 simply recognizes biological reality in state law and ensures that single-sex spaces, such as restrooms and locker rooms in public buildings, are designated accordingly.”

The bill passed with veto-proof majorities - 87-36 in the House and 30-9 in the Senate - meaning lawmakers could attempt to override Kelly’s veto as early as next week. If successful, the law would take effect almost immediately.
SB 244 would restrict restroom and locker room access in government buildings, prohibit unisex multi-occupancy private spaces in public facilities, and prevent gender marker changes on state IDs and birth certificates. Her veto has been over-ridden. Maybe it's time some states stop electing liberal women to high office. May be too 'sensitive'. Juss' sayin'...
