This 'shocking' (yeah - I hate using superlatives but that one is just so friggin' appropriate) video shows a small plane as it crash lands in Los Angeles parking lot.
Dashcam video captured the moment a small plane slammed into a power line and crashed into a California parking lot. The pilot, who was the only one on board, survived and was taken to the hospital. It was his first solo flight.

Look's like someone's dashcam caught it!!! Hard to tell.... was he just takin off or on Final approach??? ... Either way he was TOO LOW!! Have ta' look into the "Make and Model!!" of the Pilot!!!!! The plane looks like a Cessna 150!!!! Info about the pilot will tell the story!!!!
