Trump did a "Warp Speed" investment in US Rare Earths, however the company prospectus says it will be years IF they can get EPA permissions to produce any real amount of rare earths.
Trump had Panama void their agreements with China about the operating of the Panama Canal, then took out BAD MAN Madros in Venezuela BRAGGING their OIL was American (BUT China already had investments and agreements with Venezuela to repair and sell their oil to China.
Now we are busting Iran a MAJOR Chinese Oil Supply AND the HUB of China's Belt and road trade system.
I suspect Trump's idea was I got the oil, SELL ME the Rare Earths.
