The new millionaire's tax is going to cost the state of Washinton dearly. The wealthy are leaving, CPAs are getting creative, and most victims already have plans to get around the new tax. A few years ago, the legislature increased alcohol taxes. Sales plummeted. Spirits, wine, and beer all had dedicated aisles. Today, all three can fit into one aisle. They never learn.
