It is a no name soft-tail chopper probably with a chinese engine and transmission. There is a heavy tax on motorcycles over 500cc ?? there. Twenty years ago it was difficult for HD dealers to get anything but Sportsters. There was a HD Dealer that was paying up to 5 grand over US MSRP for Electraglides and Road Kings that were less than a year old with less than 5k miles on them. That was back when there was a waiting list to buy Glides.
