It's the same guy we're all supposed to feel sorry for, right?

President Trump proclaimed Friday that Alex Pretti’s “stock has gone way down” after video emerged of him spitting at federal immigration officers and smashing the taillight of their black SUV days before his killing by border agents in Minneapolis.
“Agitator and, perhaps, insurrectionist, Alex Pretti’s stock has gone way down with the just released video of him screaming and spitting in the face of a very calm and under control ICE Officer,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“And then crazily kicking in a new and very expensive government vehicle, so hard and violent, in fact, that the taillight broke off in pieces,” the president went on. “It was quite a display of abuse and anger, for all to see, crazed and out of control. The ICE Officer was calm and cool, not an easy thing to be under those circumstances!
Yeah,, this loving and caring nurse was god's gift to the sick and wounded, right? Actually, no. He had quit his nursing gig a few months before getting shot and had totally committed himself to the robust, out-of-control 'protesting' like seen above. Even his own father said he thought the guy had loosened a coupla bolts in his brain. The rush to judgement on the part of libs is just plain sad, isn't it?

  2. It's still no justification to shoot the guy after he was disarmed, geez what's wrong with you?

  3. If anything that video shows how far off the mark CBP was the day they shot him.

Even if this guy was a complete lunatic that does not justify his shooting. Furthermore in the video he was acting aggressively and way out of control and yet he didn't get shot that day. His behavior was out of line and he should have been arrested for it but not killed.
Now, the day Pretti was killed he was not kicking or attacking anyone. He was, in fact trying to protect a woman that had been pushed to the ground. The fact that Pretti broke a tail light several days before does not give CBP authorization to kill him 11 days later. Even if you think that Pretti kicking a tail light proves he was an aggressive lunatic that also does not give CBP permission to kill an American citizens on the street.
Pretti should have been detained and prosecuted for whatever crime he committed. Instead he was murdered. The officers that killed a citizen fled the scene.

Want to know how I know that what CBP did with Pretti is wrong? Because the head of the CBP was demoted, sent back as far from Minneapolis as possible and the White House has removed his social media access. No one gets demoted sent away and muzzled for doing things right.

    1. Lessons:
      1. - Don't go to demonstrations planning to be violent and physically threatening
2.- Don't go to riotous non-peaceful demonstrations packing a loaded pistol and acting like a total ass

    2. Please show me the part of the 2nd amendment that says that the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall be infringed only during demonstrations.
If the 2nd amendment is a crucial check on government power, safeguarding all other rights by ensuring the populace can defend their freedom I would argue that a demonstration against the government is the exact place to carry a weapon.
