Do you have any idea what's holding us all together? In space, I mean...

Jupiter isn’t just the largest planet in our solar system - it’s its silent protector. So massive that more than 1,300 Earths could fit inside it, Jupiter’s powerful gravity acts like a cosmic shield, pulling in dangerous asteroids and comets before they can threaten inner planets like Earth.
From its enormous size to the Great Red Spot, a storm that has raged for centuries and could swallow our planet whole, Jupiter is a true giant of space. This is not just a planet. It’s the mysterious guardian watching over our solar system.

While often deemed a "protector," scientific debate exists regarding the extent of this shield. Studies suggest Jupiter reduces the likelihood of impacts from Oort Cloud comets, allowing for a more stable, life-friendly environment on Earth.
Conversely, simulations indicate that Jupiter can sometimes "slingshot" objects from the outer solar system toward the inner solar system, increasing the risk of collisions.
Despite this, the general consensus is that Jupiter’s presence significantly contributes to the overall stability of the inner solar system.
