In case you have one where you are. Here in The Villages, we don't suffer fom one, thankfully. We do pay a monthly nut to the developer, but that covers everything - the free golf, the clean streets, the beautiful landscaping everywhere you look, even the garbage collection. For about $ 250.00 a month, it's a helluva deal.
