All that being said, I do understand that if I cook dinner (almost every night for the past 45+ years) I'll know what I'm going to have, when it will be done and what it will taste like. The only reason I show the cutlets I made last night is because if you cannot cook a good chicken/veal/pork cutlet for your self, there's no hope for you. Babs can't cook a cutlet. Juss' sayin'...
