Excuse me, where do you keep the horse shit? Oh - that's in aisle three...

A man enters a Target store on a horse, the horse takes a dump, then they ride off in to the sunset. No, this is not the beginning of a bad joke, but in fact, a real news story. In case you didn’t already think America was a completely unserious place already, now you will.

In the viral footage, a cowboy-hat-wearing man and his friend hop on a horse, presumably theirs, in the car park of a Target at night. They then enter the automatic doors and begin galloping through the aisles, cackling like cowboys in a Western, except it was just aisle three and they were surrounded by stationary. Before you ask, yes, this was in Dallas, Texas, but that doesn’t make it any less shocking in my opinion.

Another POV, from the back seat driver (rider?), shows the pair passing by and interacting with other shoppers, who laugh as they watch on in disbelief. One woman even pats it like it’s a completely normal thing to do while you’re going for your nightly Target run. The full video is here.
