So why don't they tell us about their 'wet dreams'?

A recent report published in Psychology & Sexuality (just because you neveer heard of it doesn't mean it's not legit) suggests that girls dream about sex just as often as boys. And that's not all – those numbers are increasing as the years go by and the stigma surrounding sexuality (particularly of the female variety) diminishes.

In particular, women aged 16 to 30 are now admitting to having erotic or sexual dreams at three times the rate that they did just 50 years ago. It seems that women are no longer ashamed of getting turned on while hitting the hay and are seemingly unafraid to show off their sexuality as it pertains to a regular sleep cycle.

 

Women in that age group said that they had sex dreams about 22 percent of the time, a number which doesn't fall far from the bar set by young men of the same age. As far as the guys go, they reported down and dirty erotic encounters in their dreams about 25 percent of the time.
