Ahmed, who owns a local fruit stall, then points the weapon at the terrorist, who falls to the ground before scampering away. He was shot twice in the arm by the second terrorist during his heroic actions, and was taken to a hospital for surgery, according to a relative. “He’s in [the] hospital and we don’t know exactly what’s going on inside. We do hope he will be fine. He’s a hero, 100 percent,” his cousin, named only as Mustafa, told Australian outlet 7News. Later video showed him bloodied but conscious, being treated at the scene for his injuries.
Ahmed’s actions are all the more extraordinary given the fact that he allegedly had no experience with weapons before Sunday’s shooting, according to his family. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised Ahmed’s actions at his Sunday cabinet meeting. “We saw the actions of a brave man… a brave Muslim, and I salute him for stopping one of the terrorists from killing innocent Jews,” he said.
So it was Arab muslims killing Jews for no reason, and thankfully for the others, they were stopped by another Arab Muslim. Nothing in this story makes sense, especially in light of the fact that Australia has just about the strictest gun laws in the world. Morale of the story? It's impossible to stop anyone with that much hatred in his heart...

ReplyDeleteThe two terrorist were well aware of that fact and knew they could kill with impunity, or at least until the cops arrived. It was evident until they began to take fire. I don't believe this would have went on for as long as it did in a similar setting in any "red state" in America before those two shooters were lit up by CCW holders.
Has that thug been arrested yet, attacking a mostly peaceful mislum?

ReplyDeleteI've heard reports that Ahmed is actually a Lebanese Maronite Christian - the fact that so many people are trumpeting the news that a Muslim man heroically stopped the ( conveniently not identified as Muslim ) terrorists makes me think that is a real possibility .

ReplyDeleteIf I was an Australian I would be screaming to get my gun rights restored. All over the western countries that have let in Muslims and have given up their guns there has been massive deaths due to knives or guns or other means.
