Breitbart has a full article about this issue here, but I wanna put it to you guys - what's your opinion? I, okay most of us, know ya gotta be pretty fucking unstable to not accept the fact of the body your were born in to, but not all trans people are batshit. They're mostly confused about everything, bu it begs discussion.
This jerkoff who shot in to the church the other day was a tranny, but he was pissed of at himself for having done that. Okay, but the tranny shit in and of itself was not (I believe) what caused that litle prick to do what he did. He has to have been fucked up in other ways as well. Certainly a sociopath, certainly angry, but did his transexuality factor in to that? Interesting question, for sure.
Banning trannies as a group or subgroup from a constitutional right is a slippery slope. I just don't know if it's okay to do. Wudda yooz guys think?

ReplyDeleteI hate Red Flag laws and they are un-Constitutional. To be Constitutional restrictions would have to be narrowed to those on the drugs they're giving to the trannies. They're nuts enough without the drugs but with them they go completely crazy. Even with restrictions the crazies will still find a way to get guns through theft or straw purchases but it should cut down on opportunities for them to get armed.
ReplyDeleteWhat anon said at 7:32PM. Mental illness and being treated with certain meds make one illegible for a firearm, according to the background check form you have to fill out. Even marijuana use is a big no-no.
ReplyDeleteGuns are not the problem, transgenders are. If they are banned from buying guns they will still get guns anyways or just use some other means to kill people. Ban transgenders instead.
ReplyDeleteThere are WAY more 'normal straight' shooters out there than trans shooters but we don't ban their guns. What's next, black people, let's ban black gun ownership because black people on average commit more crime than white folk, agreed? Maybe only asian females should be allowed to own guns as they are the least likely to commit crime, them and gay folk.

ReplyDeleteAny person who declares themselves to be trans should be declared mentally incompetent to own a firearm, just like Form 4473 currently prevents anyone who is an unlawful user of marijuana or any controlled substance, OR has been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution. That wouldn't be a huge leap.
ReplyDeleteJust update question 21.f on the form to declare that anyone undergoing gender altering treatment to become trans is automatically considered to have been adjudicated mentally incompetent.
Makes the most sense, but too easily gotten around, and too limited. I'd rather have the applicant declare their gender on the form and crossmatch with birth record. No match, automatic reject. Still avoidable, but that'd catch the mentally ill who aren't doing any treatment beyond declaring a false gender. Which is the basic problem.

ReplyDeleteWhy so many "gay" and "trans" homicide-suicides lately? Why so many people who've claimed to feel emotionally abused by schools, or occasionally churches? Why so many new mothers, about twenty years ago, or people who did boring jobs for easy money but hated being unable to earn enough on their own to quit, thirty years ago? Because people in those categories sought "help" for "depression." The same pattern unites homicide-suicides across all the subgroups.
And the "treatment" for depression is SSRI's.
