Frank Zappa and the Mothers were at the best place around. But some stupid (old broad) with a flare gun...

“We are aware of an altercation that occurred yesterday evening between two residents,” a spokesperson for Conifer LLC., the management company that oversees Belmont Vistas, said in a statement. “This was an isolated incident between individuals — the safety and well-being of our residents remain our top priority.”
The victim, identified by NBC New York as Richard Cutrone, was hospitalized but is expected to make a full recovery. Schuman was also treated in the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The flare-firing septuagenarian was set to be arraigned in court Tuesday. Police did not disclose what sparked the dispute, or why Schuman may have had a flare gun on hand.

  4. i'm with her. the dog owner let his dog shit in her yard for the last time. he most likley refused to pick it up, good for her.
i'll bet he won't do that again.

    1. You're an idiot. She didn't give him a chance to clean it up. Hope she has to spend the rest of her life in prison.
