She didn't plead the fifth, she just told an absolute friggin' lie. Even with her lib blinders, the anti-Trump, anti-conservative ranting on PBS and especially NPR is evident to everyone everywhere.
Yesterday afternoon, all that got remedied. Senate Republicans forced through a clawback package codifying roughly $9 billion in spending reductions early Thursday, rolling back outlays for NPR and PBS.
The House of Representatives now has until Friday to approve the measure and send it to President Trump’s desk. Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) joined all 46 present Democrats in opposing the bill. The house will vote the way they always do - if it's from Trump, they'll all go goose-stepping into the NAY region. We'll see what happens. This haircut for NPR especially is long overdue.
$ 16.58 for all four as a set.

I think you mean "all the Democrats" will vote no. Which is irrelevant, as they are the minority.
ReplyDeleteAs a bankrupt nation, we cannot afford NPR/PBS. Shutting down another hundred Federal agencies has to happen as well.
ReplyDeletetyrants are usually blind and enjoy feigning ignorance of their tyranny. Only because they think it is a good way to show everyone exactly how much they really care for you and or your ideas.
ReplyDeleteNPR and PBS need to live or die on their own merits.. if they need tax dollars to survive then they need to die.
