The Bostin’ Brass, a local Birmingham marching band, led the funeral procession with a selection of Sabbath classics. Aaron Diaz, trumpeter and bandleader for Bostin’ Brass, told Rolling Stone, “Ozzy is such an indelible part of Birmingham’s music scene. He represents so much about the city’s pride and humility and humbleness and sense of humor.
He’s really become like a totem for the city. To be at the forefront of the parade at the funeral in the cortege and to represent that as a musician from Birmingham feels high pressure but privileged.” - Rolling Stone Magazine
Is it a surprise that Birmingham has a muslim Mayor?

The fax machine was invented in 1843 by Alexander Bain, a Scottish inventor, who patented the device. It used a mechanism to scan handwritten or printed images and then transmit them over telegraph lines. This early fax machine laid the groundwork for later developments in fax technology, including the first recognizable version of what we consider the telephone fax patented by the Xerox company in 1964.

“The thing about life that gets me crazy is that by the time you learn it all, it’s too late to deal with it. It should be the other way around.
We should be born with all this sense and knowledge, and then get stupider as we get older.”
- Ozzie Osbourne

ReplyDeleteThe 150 Billion tariff revenue came from us! Tariffs are a new sales tax that is paid by American consumers . GDP growth is great, stock market going up is awesome. Inflation is still a bit of a concern. Tariff revenue is a kick in the nuts.
ReplyDeleteThe government stuck their long hand into the American public's pocket and stole $150 billion
Seriously...one of the videos YouTube thinks we might want to watch, after Booker's speech, is AMOS & ANDY?
ReplyDeletePK
Booker wouldn't make a good pimple on a truck driver's ass.
ReplyDelete"Bucketfup?"
ReplyDeleteDon't get it
Yeah, that heat photo? Gotta be the 'perceived' heat index, not the actual high temperature.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is why everyone thinks the Earth is heating up. Because they used to only report the temperature but now they report the perceived temperature.
I live in Gainesville. Moved here in spring of 1985. Now that was a hot summer. Couple over 100 degree days in July, weeks of right at or over 100 degrees in August, some 100 degrees in September. It hasn't been as hot as 1985 since, well, 1985. But our media is screaming 'hottest days ever, weesa gonna burn upsa.' Friggin panic artists.
