In 2017 ABC chose not to renew their second highest rated sitcom "Last Man Standing" after its sixth season. Many (myself included) figured it was a political move due to Tim Allen's constant use of obama, bill, and hillary as a punchline. ABC never gave a reason why they did not renew the contract (as is their right) and Fox picked it up for three more seasons.

ReplyDeleteRegarding the Turd Comedy Guy, CBS cancelled "Blue Bloods" even though it had a bigger audience and the actors agreed to take half salary to pass the raises onto the crew. CBS can suck it.
