I'm thinking this one judge musta missed that whole first grade lesson about
"If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably not a cow". Anyway, it's something like that but you get my point. If I say 'I saw a black guy riding a unicycle' is that racial profiling? According to this judge, I guess it is. So, having accepted that theorem, if I say 'I saw a shitload of wetbacks in a field picking strawberries, I'm probably guilty of profiling also, right? Juss' wanna be sure, 'cause - ya know - if you're gonna be profiling somebody, ya gotta be sure you're doing it right. I don't wanna kick a dead horse here, so please do not 'racially profile' the judge that handed down that ruling. This is her:
