I'll give him credit for one thing - he doesn't mince words...

President Trump and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced Wednesday that about $4 billion in unspent federal funding for California’s significantly delayed and overbudget high-speed rail project has been terminated.
CHSRA (California High Speed Rail Authority) blew through nearly $7 billion in taxpayer funds over a decade and a half without laying a single foot of track, according to the Department of Transportation, which notes the projected cost of the project has since risen to $135 billion.

Combo Kit with 2 Batteries and Charger - still only $ 149.00.
The two batteries alone almost cost that much!

  1. Massive fraud and corruption. Investigate where the $7 Billion dollars went. Again the crooks get rich and go free while we can't afford gas.

  2. This level of gross incompetence and political corruption is going on in democrat controlled Portland, where they've been trying for years to replace the old I-5 bridge crossing the Columbia River. Over regulation, government interference, and pandering to parasites will make sure the replacement bridge is never built. Time for President Trump to claw back all the federal money that was mis managed.

  4. And yet in evil stupid Florida, we had a private company, Brightlines, work with the Florida East Coast to double track the FEC from Miami to Cocoa, and make the roadbed handle up to 100mph trains. And then built solo a double-track prepared but single track line from Cocoa to the southwest corner of the Orlando International Airport that can handle trains up to 130mph, and put in a modern repair shop and all the necessary equipment like car washers and stuff. Underbudget, funded privately, on or before time.

Nobody had eminent domain used to remove them from their property. No taxpayer dollars needed. Built quickly and professionally.

Balls in your court, California. What, can't you do better than Flori-duh?
