Time to change the law to allow annual killing of nuisance fowl. We here are absolutely coated in Canadian goose crap and seagull crap, would do good to thin the flocks by 60% every summer, would clean up the environment big time. Protecting a species or group of same invariably leads to overpopulation as there are no predators left in urban or suburban America. Government has no business in protecting species, local problem, local solution.
