The Biden administration's $7.5 billion program to install electric-vehicle charging stations across the United States has delivered fewer than 400 charging ports since November 2021, according to a Tuesday report by the Government Accountability Office.
The EV charging initiative, part of Joe Biden's 'Bipartisan Infrastructure Law', has built just 384 charging ports at 68 stations in 16 states as of April 2025. The figure amounts to less than 0.2 percent of the roughly 219,000 public EV charging ports operating nationwide.

ReplyDeleteIn Gainesville, FL, the main post office spent 3 years building a new parking lot for their upcoming electric delivery trucks. They have 3. There are 36 charging stations. What a waste of money.
ReplyDeleteIt is an INSULTING MISTAKE to think that the millions got "wasted." It was funneled into back accounts of well connected democrats and everyone knows it. A sound forensic audit would reveal the truth but one will never happen.
ReplyDeleteagree with Anon 10:52p ... the money went to NGOs or special interests allegedly to "promote" said objective, but in reality just funded more kickbacks and made their friends richer (and more influencial).
